Biography
Bruce Buckingham, MD, is a Professor of Pediatric Endocrinology at Stanford University and Packard Children’s Hospital. Dr. Buckingham received his MD from the University of California at San Diego, and his Pediatric Endocrinology training at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
Research Interest
Dr. Buckingham’s research interests have focused on continuous glucose monitoring in children and “closing-the-loopâ€. These efforts are being funded by the JDRF and NIH and are currently focused on preventing nocturnal hypoglycemia, rapidly restoring metabolic control at the onset of diabetes, and developing ambulatory treat-to-range closed loop control.
Biography
Hee Yun Lee is a Professor and Director of Research at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in USA. Her major research areas include cancer health disparity and health literacy among immigrant and refugee populations. She is currently conducting several RCT trials to improve cancer screening behavior and health literacy funded by the National Cancer Institute, Susan Komen for the Cure Foundation, and Department of Defense. She has published more than 47 papers in reputed medical/public health journals and has been serving as an editorial board member and currently serving as an Associate Editor for a high impact journal.

Biography
Christopher Snyder is the Director of Pediatric Cardiology at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. His interests include general pediatric cardiology and Adult with Congenital Heart disease as well as a sub-specialty in pediatric and adult congenital electrophysiology on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
